Indigo x Iron dyeing workshop

We teamed up with Soorty Enterprises at the Amsterdam Denim Days, presenting you an indigo dye 2.0 workshop.

Especially for this workshop, we designed a beautiful ecru tote bag, which was made in the NASDA Innovation LAB of Soorty in Çorlu, Turkey.
For this workshop, we prepared a vat with natural indigo and a vat with iron. Combining these two natural dyes, with each their own characteristics, results in a beautiful color palette and unique patterns – a nice new twist for a darker winterish indigo result.
